  • If you and I were on the beach having some wine and great food, what would you tell me about yourself.
I've had an interesting life. The typical midwest gay boy from a small town story. That on top of being the oldest of four siblings with young parents caused for some rather interesting situations. I grew up at a very young age to help out with my siblings as well as supplying for myself so there was more funds available for the others. This, thankfully, created a very goal oriented and hardworking mindset which I am very proud of. I, now, have a very loving family who is very supportive and I am very happy for that. It certainly wasn't always the situation but I recognize that many people in the LQBTQ+ community are still struggling or have been completely disconnected from their family. What I love most about he queer community is we get to choose our own family and I've been lucky enough to create families to last a life time.
  • What are your greatest personal traits?
I would consider myself to be a very trustworthy individual. I'm a great listener and will always give honest feedback if it's needed or desired. I'm very easy going and can get along with pretty much anyone.
  • What makes you stand out from the crowd?
Currently, I've got a pretty great mullet! Well, I think it's great haha... That, on top of being pretty tatted I feel makes me a little more noticeable. And, anyone who knows me well enough could recognize my laugh miles away. I promise it's not annoying lol. Just,,, recognizable
  • What is your ‘niche’?
As a Pup, I'm drawn to Pack Life. I love being around my pups. They mean the world to me. There's nothing better than having core group of friends that are all very sex positive and like minded. I've been lucky enough to create very special bonds with each and every one of them and I wouldn't trade it for the world.
  • Tell us what you consider to be your greatest life experience.
We all know how terrible 2020 was but I was lucky enough to be a part of an amazing fundraising event with the Ulman Foundation. The foundation supports young adults battling cancer. Everything from treatment to housing for their families. I was set to bike across the country with a group of 50 other cyclist after each raising roughly $5,000 when the COVID-19 pandemic turned everything upside down. We weren't able to do the cross-country ride but the experience overall was unforgettable. I created amazing relationships with the other riders all while doing my part to help the cancer community. Each day throughout the summer I rode my bike and dedicate miles to friends, family, and even strangers who have been impacted by cancer. Overall it was a very humbling experience and I would 100% do it all over again.
  • What do you do for fun?
During the warmer days, you can find me at the river soaking up some sun, grilling for my friends, or out on my bike. When the days get shorter and cooler, I'm typically watching a new show, hitting up a happy hour, or just lounging and listening to music.
  • What are your hobbies? What do you like to do in your spare time?
I love to run and ride my bike. As cliche as it sounds, hiking is one of my favorite things to do. Living in the PNW provides me with nearly endless opportunities to find a new trail or summit a fresh peak.
  • How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
I'm almost always looking for new ways to further my education on movement and mobility. I'm consistently taking new courses or workshops. I love to learn!
  • How often do you travel? Do you prefer to travel or you are more of a homebody?
I don’t travel too often. I certainly would love to travel more and see more of the country.
  • What kind of diet and fitness regiment do you follow?
I eat pretty clean for the most part. I’m a certified Nutrition Coach, Cycle Coach, and Group Fitness Trainer. I try live a healthy and active lifestyle balanced with an appropriate amount of “fun”. I’m always down to have a glass (or two, 3?) of wine or share a basket of chicken strips!
  • What’s your lifestyle? What makes you who you are?
I’m a group fitness trainer so I thrive in group dynamics. I’ve always been a but of a leader and I find that people really trust me and confide in me. I love being the person others feel comfortable coming to with their problems, goals, or just a quiet sit. I’ve always been a great listener and I’m more than happy to hear about your day.
