  I try to best preserve what my parents gave me - boiled rice, white meat, gym ... Tagliatelle al tartufo, Lasagne al forno, Carbonara, Fiorentina steak, pizza salsiccia e friarielli, Saltimbocca alla romana, Fritto misto, Tiramisù, Panna cotta, Torta cioccolato e pere... espresso, limoncello
