i travel regularly around the NE as I'm based in NY. I am often traveling 2 or 3 days out of every week. I love traveling, partly because i prefer overnight appointments. I think it really gives me a chance to get to know a guy and provide a wide range of experience for him, from sexual to passionate, to romantic to friendly cuddling!

i follow a pretty strict workout regimen. 5 days a week at the gym, 3 days with my trainer. I think there are many definitions of what's "hot", swimmers builds, bears, etc...my personal choice has been to experience bodybuilding at this point in my life. I'm currently 220lbs and working towards 230lbs. I try to follow a diet that supports those goals, but I do love a good cheeseburger!!

The 3 things i focus on in life are accepting change, being in the moment, and practicing gratitude. Change is the nature of life and the more i accept and understand change, the happier and more successful i am. Being in the moment has a lot to do with ***ing for me, really being present, to the best of my ability, no matter what I'm done, connection with the moment. And gratitude is a practice for me. it can be easy to focus on the negative when life is challenging, but my experience has been that what i focus on increases. When i try to live in gratitude for what I have, versus what I think I'm missing, I am happier and my life is full.
