  • RentMen: How do you go that ‘extra mile' in your life?
Joshpro: Between financial hardship in the midst of COVID or the general frustrations when dealing with others I recently have commited to maintainging a cool and collected attitude - This way, I can take a deep breath and decide who and what to prioritize. Going the extra mile does mean I do something extra - A lot of us are constantly striving to be our best. This idea is embedded in to us: Life, liberty and property. By not letting all the little things add up, by sometimes slowing down, I am able to act on my values and better self.... The 'extra mile' inherantly follows. Sometimes that means healthier choices, sometimes that means more fun and robust experiences. However, when posed with choices or dilemmas, its imperative to make the more rational choice even when no one is looking! (do I always? of course not...Im human and mistakes can be necessary and sometimes fun!)
